When should I get bloodwork done?

If my vendor gives discounts for getting bloods done, when should I get my bloods done? And is it like something I get the same day I stick or the day after or what?

My current cycle is 1cc of 300mg every 3.5 days roughly. Sometimes I throw in some dbol on a big work out day.
