I buy my protein powder on Supplmenthunt or A1Supplments.

I can usually get a way better deal than Costco.

I get mine from true nutrition. They usually are abt 16/lb, for high quality true isolate, but I wait till they have a 20% off deal usually on a Black Friday, Memorial Day, or Labor Day deal. My last order I got was 45lbs which lasted me almost 10 months.

I don't do a lot of protein powder. Only intra/post, but buy mine from eBay in bulk using New World Nutritional or if I find syntha-6 10lbs at a decent price

The absolute cheapest is optimum nutrition, 12lb on Amazon for $140. It lasts quite a while. Occasionally ebay will have it 10-20 dollars cheaper. Costco does not sell the 12lb bags and it's more expensive than Amazon to buy the 6lb

I bought some of that new world nutritional stuff. The chocolate isolate tastes so damn good and it mixes perfectly. There's no way it's what they say it is. But oh well, the taste is addictive.

I cut back on protein shakes. Switched to canned tuna (42g protein) and Greek yogurts (15g) in replace of protein shakes.

I’ll eat a canned tuna twice a day on top of my other meals

And I’ll eat like 3-4 Greek yogurts at a time at least once a day. I could eat 20 of them if I wanted.

I’ll have a protein shake here and there. I just get the cheapest one from my local supermarket. I think it’s 10 bucks for 10 servings of 25g protein. That lasts me 1-2 weeks.

I switched to eating meals after my workout instead of protein Shakes

I started to eat a lot of fish also, but I stopped once I learned about the risk of heavy metal toxicity. Dominic cardone had this mess him up from frequently eating sushi & was not right for a long time. I personally love fish & catch walleye & perch all summer long, but only eat it once every week or two. Definitely a cheap AF source of protein though! If my memory serves me correctly it’s like 16g of protein per serving & there’s 2 servings in each can along w being virtually no fat makes it a very lean protein source. Just keep in mind that about the mercury risk if you didn’t already know.

My canned tuna is 42g of protein. I actually haven’t done any research about the metals in fish. I didn’t know anything about that since I only eat cooked salmon and canned tuna.

I hate sushi

You got an article link to the guy you were talking about ?

Most of us do so much damn bloodwork, I should see what it costs to get tested for mercury etc next time I go in. I've been eating a lot of the Costco tuna that's 43g per can.
