I need to relax on the orals and add a AI. Haven't gotten signs of gyno though.. been taking Ralox 30mg daily.
Also been taking 1800mg NAC and 1 g of TUDCA daily.

How to fix liver values ?

Liver values should come back to norm after you come down to TRT levels or come off completely.

Do you think it’s anything to worry about? I was thinking of keeping my test the same and adding masteron or EQ.

There’s guys blasting with ALT at 800 so it’s not crazy to see 280 but I’d probably chill out for a bit.
