Wtf with my veins...

Recently started taking HCG for my balls etc and after a sub q injection yesterday I have some pain in the area, which is not so abnormal, but my veins in that area are way more visible than usual. They’re just blue, not big veiny ones. It’s on my oblique. I’ve never had any sort of infection before or any of that shit so I don’t know if this is a symptom of an issue. Can anyone shed some light. It is tender, seems slightly swollen. Isn’t red and isn’t hot.

Edit: it’s in my oblique area for whatever that’s worthy.
