Yet another not so old old timer…

Hey Guys, glad to be on board. I’m about to turn 43, so not super old, but a long way from my irresponsible 20’s. I ran a few cycles back then with some questionable products on occasion (and even more questionable diet) but had some decent results.

I’ve always been an athlete, became an avid crossfitter and coach through my 30’s, and into my 40’s I ditched the crazy workouts and opted for less volume, more bodybuilding type workouts with some cardio and powerlifting mixed in.

Diet is usually in check, though I tend to not eat enough and then go crazy on holidays or group gatherings. Lately been more strict in my quest to add some lean mass and cut BF from 17% to 12-13%.

This past May, after wondering for years about my test levels and being denied by my PCP to check them, I reached out to one of those TRT companies and found my levels were sub 300ng/ml. I started Test Cyp at about 200mg per week with some decent results, added about 6-7 lbs of lean mass after upping to 250mg per week. Dealt with some back and chest acne, so I’m back down in cruise mode at 210mg. Getting bloodwork next week to see what level the cruise has me at (and check lipids, etc.). I left the TRT company because it was way too expensive, and joined SST and dealt with some awesome sources here. Looking to do a blast for 8-10 weeks at 300-400mg of cyp per week after bloods, and adding var in for 8 weeks up front to hopefully help get rid of this bit of lower belly fat that’s been present no matter what I do. Then back to cruise for the summer so I don’t have to deal with the chest acne.
