My $0.2, I don't think YK-11 works.

If it was even mildly effective at inhibiting myostatin, I imagine that it would be significantly more popular.

Ran it injectable and oral a few years ago. Made my joints hurt and made me look pretty hard a dry. Didnt feel "good" to be on. havent touched it since.

It gave me some initial strength. Couldn’t deal with the side effects. I was peeing three times an hour.

Currently running 10 mg daily for 50 days. Can't honestly say I notice anything different.
