Hey guys
I’ve always been more into powerlifting and strongman. Competing until earlier this year and I’ve taken an interest in dropping bodyweight (peak 275 during strongman days, down to 239 right now) and getting more into the aesthetic bodybuilder look.
I want to spend the next 16-20 weeks cutting and I’m trying to put together a solid cycle excluding tren.
I’m already an anxious guy and have on/off sleep issues. So I don’t want to deal with tren.
I was thinking about running test and mast 1:1 ratio at 500mg per week of each. Maybe taper down the doses to 300mg per week of each. Undecided on that.
In your experience what was your best cutting cycle you’ve done? Compounds and doses. Thanks in advance
