Your telltale high/low E2 sides

Hey guys- coming up on the midpoint of my first cycle, 500mg/w TestE. No serious sides for me so far- except for obvious lower body bloating. Man, is it terrible- I have friggin’ Flintstone feet. No other way to describe it. Gotta pop the Aromasin until I can see veins on the top of my feet again. Waiting for midcycle bloodwork to confirm numbers, but this is clearly a case of high E2.

Just wondering what makes you guys say, ‘yep, I’m definitely in High/ Low E2 territory now!’

For me I was pulling an E2 of 88.2 pg/mL [normal: 8.0-35.0 pg/mL] and I didn’t feel any bad side effects. I started taking Arimidex and I felt much better overall (strength, energy, drive, etc.).
So for me it is hard to tell until I get blood-work, just my 2 cents.

For me it’s very black and white.

High E2 - my dick doesn’t work. Can’t get hard or if I can I can’t stay hard.

Low E2 - fuck knows, never got that far. In light of above I just take Adex until my dick works again.

Weird but strangely easy to manage

High E2 - feet and ankles swell, blood pressure goes up and won’t go back down even with bp meds. Other than that I usually feel fine with high E. My joints which are a mess from age actually feel good when I’m a little puffy.

Low E2 - feel like shit, run down, no strength, no sex drive, brain fog, feel like I’m trapped in a body that won’t work(much like being sick).

I don’t like using AI at all, I have them all on hand (asin,adex,letro,serms) just in case, but typically if I must I just put up with the swelling and blood pressure and go on without using and AI.

I don’t get swelling anywhere, not sure what that one feels like. Didn’t even know it’s a possible side until I read a few mentions of it here!

High E2: I just pay attention to my nips mostly. Not gonna lie, it’s legitimately the only side effect I really care about. I do notice I start getting super emotional during sappy parts in movies or when thinking back to fond memories with my wife but she doesn’t see this as a problem and honestly neither do I. Emotional expression is not bad.

Low E2: I break nails so fucking often, my lips are forever chapped, emotions basically drop off except for anger and related emotions, I don’t feel like moving much at all because my knees just hate me.

This is purely subjective though, and it takes a real blood test to determine whether your levels are high, low or normal.
