All 14 vials are unidentifiable due to the crushed one which was probably primo with my luck . I’ve ordered dozens of times with y’all and have never had any issues and I understand that the bottle breaking is just shit happens . But… I’ve emailed multiple times with one response that makes no sense. Lay all vials out in a line and take a pic. The pic I sent immediately after seeing it is clear as day with a crushed bottle and every label wiped out. I’ve asked repeatedly what do you want me to do with the pack and what is the hold up on shipping a duplicate order today?? Y’all used to respond fast and TA was always 3-4 days . Now growth of the business has interfered with quality control.
