this is huge thank you. My most heavy ever was about 230( im about 5'7 so im a thick boi) . trained for about a year and went down to about 190 got to about 18% bf. push pull legs with cardio mixed in, minimal calorie deficit. had my first born son febuary of last year though and it threw my routine completely off track. I know there Isnt a quick fix to lose weight but mainly I was looking for something to aid in recovery after being laid off from the gym a few months. Currently going through some rough bouts of doms after each push pull legs split lol. I appreciate this alot though, even after losing all the weight in 2020 I didnt have anything close to this to go off of.Diet is 100% of what it takes to lose weight, you could work out for 3hrs a day and still not lose wieght, if your consuming more then you can burn and be in a caloric deficit.
There is an adage that a 3,500 caloric deficit is needed to lose one pound, and this is a good average to start with! So if 3500 adage calorie per pound (ACPP) = 1lb, take 3500 X 7 = 24,500 ACPP per wk, remember this number. Lets say your 300lbs the adage for a 300lb persons metabloic rate (MBR) is between 3000-3500 cal a day lets make said at 3250 MBR for shits an giggles take the MBR number X 7 for a total of 22,750 MBR and remember this number. Now lets say this said person has a caloric intake (CI) of 1200 cal a day and X this by 7 = 8400 Total Caloric Intake (TCI), now this say said person works out for a 1.5hr a day, 1 hr being weight training and the other half hour being cardio the adage admount he would burn during weight training is around 350 cal and for cardio is about 200-500 cal. So lets average it and call it 325 for this example, for a total of 675 caloric daily burn (CDB) or TDEE X 7 = 4725 an remember these numbers, now here is the fun part.
MBR Total 22,750
TCI Total 8400
Subtract = 14,350 Total caloric deficit (TCD)
TCD Total = 14,350
Subtract CDB 4725
Total caloric weekly burn (TCWB) = 9625
TCWB 9625
Subtract average calorie per pound (ACPP) 24,500
Total caloric dificit per week equals 9625 calories
If 3500 cal equates to 1lb divide it by 9625 calories for a grand total of 2.5lbs per week he should loose, now this is why diet is the number 1 key to losing weight, now I hope you can grasp the idea. By anyone compounding AAS or sumplimations of any sort only aids in the process of loosing or gaining weight aka muscle mass, now if your taking AAS, working out hard but your still eating like shit you wont look any different in 6 mo, promise you that! You'll just start to look like a boulder with a layer of jello around it...... Yes I know there the is the standard terms such as TDEE and shit like that lol but I like to set my own trend

A hundred bucks for a cycle vs thousands for a coach? BruhUse your money and hire a coach, lose the fat, then be coached on using assurance to further your physique
Yeah I get that but a cycle isn’t gonna fix being fat! They can do it without a coach but most people don’t have the knowledge to do so. The Chems aren’t magic pills if diets and lifestyle are shitA hundred bucks for a cycle vs thousands for a coach? Bruh
I mean I agree, but saying "use your money to hire a coach" is a bit... Idk the word right now lol. The money for a good coach vastly outweighs the cost of a cycle... But he also shouldn't cycle. These days with the apps available and YouTube people really don't have an excuse besides laziness to not be able to adjust their diet and begin to exercise. Boggles my mind that people don't seem to be able to put in that minimal effort... Like shit I hate exercise and would immediately take that magic pill if it existed, but I'm stuck in the damn gym 5 days a week being grumpy that I gotta go.Yeah I get that but a cycle isn’t gonna fix being fat! that’s just my opinion
