Been running opti's optitropin for about a month now, running the blacktops at the moment and I thoroughly enjoy it. Was a little sleepy starting out but my thyroid med levels that out, I have crohn's disease and I've definitely noticed decreased inflammation and increased healing, two departments I was struggling in a little bit. Been doings 2-2.5iu's in the morning not eating for two hours after dose and doing fasted cardio to increase fat loss potential. Going to follow up with IGF bloodwork before/after when my TRT clinic requests bloods.

I use 3ml bac water and every 21 units on a 100 unit insulin syringe is 0.25mg. Start with that for once per week for 4 weeks but research the ozempic dosing schedule for more info.

Noob question.
So I’ve been on yellow tops for about 70 days now 4Ius a day at bed time. At first i was holding a ton of water and felt hand numbness. Sleep is good still and skin looks good however I am not holding any more water and I am not crazy hungry like I was at first. Do I need to up the dose? Or does this just happen as your body gets use to it???

I’m 3 vials in on my second black top kit at 4iu ed. I’ve done nothing different at all, mixing ratio the same, always very clean about things. I’ve noticed a small knot near injection site. Zero pain but very itchy and has been there for 3 days now. Anyone know what’s up with this?
