Is it normal to have some vials not vac sealed? I have the standard kit, batch E. First vial I mixed wasn’t vac sealed. Second vial was. I had a kit from opti like this in the past.

Sometimes the vacuum just doesn't draw out the water like usual. I wouldn't worry too much about a single vial.

So I have a question supreme kits are tested at 300iu per kit and economy at 109 per kit.
So does that mean If I mix 1ml of water in each.
that 1iu in syringe is 3iu of hgh for the supreme and 1iu in syringe is about 1iu of hgh for economy?
And does this mean that I'm getting 3x more hgh in the supreme then out of a economy?
Hopefully this makes sense.

So in theory 2ius daily of a supreme kit is 6ius worth of hgh and for a economy kit 1 iu is 1iu.

You're way overcomplicating it, but yes. Easiest to just put 3ml water into the supreme kit and dose as normal

Yes after reconstitution it should be refrigerated. There’s different schools of thought on unconstituted. Some say yes refrigerate, some say cool, dry place. I’ll let someone more knowledgeable chime in on that.

Cool, dry and dark place is more than enough unconstituted, especially if we are talking short term storage ie less than a year. Of course as a redundancy refrigeration won't hurt, but it also doesn't provide any real benefit other than hedging against something like your AC going out in the middle of the summer.
