No it doesn’t. My liver enzymes were elevated from running ungodly high doses of orals. Given IGF one is produced in the liver, I’m curious if my liver was impaired thus lowering my IGF. Regardless, I just had my IGF retested after being off orals for 3 weeks. I should have results soon.

I didn't prepare very well for the serum test- pinned 4iu subQ 3 hours before. I forgot in the past I have heard to do 10iu IM 2-3 hours prior. I did fast for 14 hours before the draws. These labs are posted without ANY expectations of getting store credit because I pulled the labs before the 6 week mark. This decision was before the source started offering any credit for IGF testing and I was already getting other bloodwork done that day. This is for my own peace of mind and for others to reference.
I titrated up over four weeks leading up to 4iu/day (2iu 2x/day), which I started the day this lab was pulled.
No severe sides YET. The arm/hand numbness has usually got to me by this point of the dosing and time on GH.. I am not complaining. Waiting for that shoe to drop.

K4L's Tirzepatide is fully legit. What a cheat code for cutting weight. No food noise or hunger issues at all - the lack of challenge is almost disappointing!
I've cut ~18 lbs since the beginning of the year, from 206 to 188 so far. The first several pounds were done the old fashioned way and it was very miserable. I started the Tirz and now I'm happy as can be. Wow.

1/6th of the vial is only 5iu if the vial is 30iu. I used 4iu on the day of the draw. Prior to that I had already gone through a vial and then some, I believe.
