Let’s spark the convo!
So to update, I’m on week 5 of a blast, up from TRT+ at 200mg test cyp per week. I’m up about 4 lbs and lost about 3% body fat. Sitting around 14-15%.
I was at 300mg test cyp, 150mg primo, and 50mg var split daily.
I just upped to 350/190 test/primo, and had to go 40mg var once a day (ran out of 50mg tabs, have 40mg caps). Also have 20mg caps, contemplated doing 40 and 20 daily, but don’t want to overdo it.
I want to gain 5 more lbs, and drop to 12%. Conflicting goals, but modest lean mass gain so I think It’s possible. Any advice?
Strength gains have been great, and I’m pushing myself more than o have in a few years. Results have been good so far, I want a ripped but natty look and athletic performance boost with the above gains noted.
