I would pin the NPP more frequently, personally. Stable bloods = less sides and pinning NPP only 2x a week is asking for trouble. To keep things simple, I would also pin the test with the NPP. For example, pin mon/wed/Friday. I also agree the adex is likely too high given your compound dosages...
Yes I use adex at .5mg mon/Thursday. I usually run my test closer to 750-1000mg. This is very individual so what works for me, won’t necessarily work for someone else.
Gotcha, for reference, I believe I feel my best when my E2 is right around 50. It’s fine to be out of normal range when using exogenous test and having slightly higher E2 is actually beneficial for most looking to put on tissue. This is just my .2 cents and everyone is different.

@GoodLyfe is my go to right now for HGH (and gear) and I used to run exclusively Serostim for what it’s worth. You will need BAC water to reconstitute which he also carries for cheap.

600mg of test alone will be great for anabolism but more importantly in your case, anti catabolism. Not a fan of jumping into 1hr cardio a day. That sounds like a surefire way to burn yourself out. Maybe start at 20min and go from there.
