Been the in and out of the hospital for 6 months. Two torn rotator cuffs.

I’m huge, and I don’t mean muscular 😩

Experience is on par with deepthroating a cactus.

I plan on only using test for this cut. 600mg test e.

Is this enough for a 1000+ calorie cut or will the muscle loss be enormous?

Thank y’all, feels fuckin glorious to be back.

I’ve been cleared to go to the gym for tris, bis, back, legs, just not straight up delts/shoulders.

As for delts I’ll probably be waiting another 30-45 days from now. So my current plan is to use this time to strengthen ligaments and etc by doing light weight high rep on everything but delts/shoulders. Getting back into 1 hour of cardio daily as well.

Not trying to go for more injury ya know?

For reference: I’ll be eating around 2000 calories with 1 hour daily cardio, shit ton of protein.

But I’d test anabolic enough to not lose my Oreo infested muscles? 😔

Any current physique pics? Can you outline your diet?

600mg of test alone will be great for anabolism but more importantly in your case, anti catabolism. Not a fan of jumping into 1hr cardio a day. That sounds like a surefire way to burn yourself out. Maybe start at 20min and go from there.

Cardio helps me a lot mentally. I’ve missed it so it’s no big deal to me. I currently can’t train to box because of shoulders so cardio is the only sure fire way to make sure I’m burning.

You have a lot of work to do before you even think of hopping on gear. This shit is not magic and you're just going to bloat up, get fatter and have a lot of new problems if you hop on. Go learn how to diet and train properly, fix your injuries, do a lot of research on gear so you don't ask dumb questions here, then in a year or two consider it again. Don't bother getting mad about what I've said because it's what you need to hear.
