Yeah If you weren't sleeping well before the tren than Goodluck man. You're sleep is going to dissappear.
I'm on tren A too currently. 350mg/week. The first two weeks were rough in terms of sleep as my body was adjusting to it, made the mistake of ramping to 75mg tren ed (525/week), made the sleep horrible, so I dropped back down to 350 and all seems to be well. Sleeping a lot better now.
With that said though you have me rethinking the way I might do the GH. Was going to split it pre workout (1 hour or so before) and PM (directly before bed so I'm hopefully asleep by the time it peaks), and I will still experiment with this protocol, but if the sleep gets worse for some reason, I might shift the GH dosing to pre and post workout. I just hope my heart rate doesn't skyrocket when I add the GH. Don't want to have to take a beta blocker
