Start at 0.25g per week which is normal starting dose. Try to stay at that dose for as long as you can. Increase slightly as needed but the dose should work for a short cut cycle with enough discipline

Yea 23g is like a Turkey Baster. I do know that when doing research for your first cycle, most sites recommended 21g to draw and 23g to inject, which I did on my first cycle and quickly switched to 25g or 27g for smaller muscle parts. Not sure why 23g is recommended, even for glute injections...
