As the title states, does anyone use orals to keep testosterone elevated when overseas? The risk of transporting injectables isn’t something desirable but orals would be much easier. Has anyone done that or am I off base in thinking that’s a better workaround?

When do you guys take your support supps i.e. NAC, Citrus Bergamot, K2, Ashwaganda, etc? I’ve typically taken those listed in the AM after breakfast and telmisartan at night before bed but I wasn’t sure if it’s better to take all of them pre bed?
