When did you first start to notice gains on a Test C only / first cycle?
I have to agree with this.. test only just "isn't fun"..you wont notice anything on test only because its slow acting and "isnt fun" you just wont be sore, can lift that same muscle the next day, and can lift harder. you PROBABLY wont wake up in 3-4 weeks when you have full saturation and feel like superman. sorry to ruin it for you.
keep in mind gear isnt the answer to build size and strength. FOOD is the answer and gear helps you get there. i cant stress that enough. you can take a gram of everything and if you dont eat you wont grow. good luck! make sure you eat then worry about your compounds.

I believe a lot of people get good decent gains on their first cycle as long as they do it right. Receptors are “virgin” and have never achieved super physiologic levels before. I put on some okay mass my first cycle but how much I can’t remember.
play it safe and you can run var or tbol. those are pretty mild, youll get good gains. get var from a known good source or you could end up with dbol, which assuming youre a guy, WONT really matter a bunch other than physical changes wont line up with var. dbol will help you throw on size but if you dont change the contractile muscle youll loose it when you come off. tbol is dbols baby brother and has no e2 sides and its what a lot of athletes use! i liked var but its so $$. be careful throwing in orals because your liver lipids will raise so either low dose them or run a support. n2guard has a lot of good reviews but its up to you. personally i dont think orals are worth it. stressing the liver just doesnt work for me then i have to add a liver protection. thats my opinion. superdrol and anadrol will kick your ass but they are pretty hardcore orals i wouldnt start on those unless you really research the risk behind them. halo is an extremely strong aas but it has a lot of bad sides and i would stay away from it on your first cycle. luxferro will hate me for telling you this but IMO adding npp or eq into the mix would be a better choice. he hates nandrolone lol but i love it. do your research, be smart, stay healthy, monitor blood pressure. you dont have to go from natty to looking like your 2 weeks out from a show on your first cycle. this is a long game and we can only put on so much muscle. diet is king when it comes to this. what is your var dosage? 20?and doing test only isn't just for mass gains its for newbs that don't know how your body will react so if you add a ton of stuff you won't know were the problems are coming from if they do happen. coming from a newb himself. im on trt and doing anavar and 2 weeks in and I don't feel or see anything ...

You should be able to easily gain 3-5 pounds of muscle on your first test cycle. I'd say closer to ten if you're eating enough, meaning gaining weight weekly and actually training hard(but like really training hard not what most people think is hard)Thank u guys, I’ve been pushing hard in the gym and with my diet I can feel my muscles rounding out and a bit more solid just hoping to gain at least 3-5 pounds of muscle. take what you feel is needed. everyone is going to have an opinion on what is a blast, cruise, pct etc. 20mg of var is a year round daily amount with "no lipid impact" while youre at 40....You would talk me into taking more!
