It doesn't have a long lasting effect so you'd be hyped out of your shit for a few minutes tops and then crash really hard. Very pointless. You just need to try to learn to kick on your adrenaline response on command like top level strength athletes and combat sports athletes can do. Check out videos on this subject as it is incredibly useful and it's a skill anyone can learn, but it burns out if you overuse it. This will do the same thing more or less as an epi shot. If you really lack the energy just to get through higher intensity workouts though then I recommend making your own pre at home with raw ingredients bought in bulk and a scale or some small scoopers to measure it out. 500mg caffeine, 6g beta alanine, 500mg niacin if you handle it well, 8g citrulline mallate (some say 12, I use 8), 4g taurine, 6g AAKG. If I total it all up and divide by servings I am paying about 20c per serving of my homemade pre and this shit kicks my ass into overdrive. Used to dose 100mg DMAA into it too but the only source for that now that I know of is Dragon Ordnance and overseas shipping time is a bitch :/
