Anecdotal Experience with Cutting Compounds? First timer.

Hey everyone,

I've been lurking here for awhile but this is my first post. I have questions about compounds to aid my cutting (goal 6-7% body fat).

Context:
24y/o, 5'7 currently at 159lbs. My estimate of current body comp is 10% body fat. I've been cutting since January 16th. Down 41lbs from starting point of 200. Regular lifter (5-6 days/week), been lifting since 18. Every workout is a one hour lifting session followed by 20 minutes of cardio (walking @ 3.7mph on a 7 incline). I've hit multiple plateaus, and have powered through them all. For reference, I have been down to 7% body fat before, twice recently -- two years ago and 3 years ago (I can post pictures in the comments if you want evidence). I wrestled in high school and regularly hit 5-6% body fat.

I initially started by cutting carbs down, eliminating junk food and sugary drinks. Cut my calories by 500 (maintenance calories around 2800 from experience). Plateaued after 2 months, cut another 500. Plateaued again after another 3 months, cut down to 1500 calories. Recently hit a big plateau about a month and a half ago. Cut my calories to 1100. Two, 500 calorie meals per day, with a protein drink in the morning. That got me down to 163, which I struggled to break. Right now, I'm sitting at 900 calories per day total intake, net around 600-700 calories factoring in my workout. I only eat once per day (fasting).

Where I Need Help:
I can't for the life of me figure out what I'm doing wrong. The past times I've cut, I was able to get to 7% body fat within 3 months, only ever going as low as 1500 calories per day. I've never had to dip my calories this low to see progress, and even at that I'm still struggling to lose fat. Veins are starting to show and abs are present, but still a decent layer of fat everywhere. And for those of you doubting, yes I DO count my calories, weigh every meal on a kitchen scale down to the last gram of rice. No junk food, no cheat meals, I stopped drinking alcohol a few months ago just to aid the cut. I scrutinize every single thing put into my body.

Questions:
I obviously need some help cutting, so I'm looking to use compounds. Right not, my top picks are ephedrine and albuterol. I've also seen Cardarine mentioned plenty, but I don't know much about it (although I have ran two cycles of LGD-4033 stacked w/ Rad-140, 10mg and 20mg respectively, with no side effects and minor suppression). Not likely to use clenbuterol due to the heavy side effects. Also, semaglutide isn't a consideration because I already don't eat, so an appetite suppressant won't do much (also I don't want to take in any less calories than I already am, my protein intake is barely up to par and I've lost enough muscle mass already).

My concern prior to using either ephedrine or albuterol is whether they will help me in my situation. I need something that will have Clen-like effects, without the sides. Increasing my thermogenesis and fat burning would be ideal. I can also add more cardio if need be. What are your thoughts and experiences with shredding fat via ephedrine or albuterol?

Side Note: I respond very poorly to caffeine, so not an option for me to take in doses greater than 30mg.

Look into the peptide AOD 9604. Works wonders without all the side effects and not one ounce of a speedy feeling
