Looking for a podcast where they talk about steroids while I go hiking

Mark Bell's podcast sometimes has discussion of gear, EliteFTS Table Talk is more open about it, there's a lesser known podcast called Strength And Anger which sometimes has discussion of gear depending on the guests. These are all lifting based shows though so gear talk is not the main focus. If you want that, you'll have to dig. Discussion of gear gets you demonetized and most podcasters are trying to make money off the streams unfortunately.

Grow or die (more so in the earlier episodes)

There’s a lot more that have come and gone, but these ones right here are consistent on posting content. I listen to thousands of hours of pods a year & these ones aren’t always strictly gear talk, but have gained tons of good knowledge over the years from them.
