Best compound to add overall mass

What has been the compound that has helped you increase the most mass? For me, tren has helped me build the most lean mass, deca has helped build a bit more mass but more fat as well, and EQ was weaker than both. Looking to try another compound that could help me add the most mass as possible.

Colonial Lab’s MENT. Start at 20mg everyday. I went from 211 to 226 in about 12 weeks.

Seems like I’ll try a test plus either MENT or NPP for next cycle. Recommended dosages?

If you go with ment, start at 5mg/day and work your way up. Some people can't handle much more than that without BP and shit skyrocketing, others can run it much higher with minimal sides.

If mass is what you are after. Orals will either make or break you with appetite/acid reflux, 19-Nors will make you tired; especially if you got husband/boyfriend duties of screwing the wife/gf and all that dopamine/progesterone from nandrolone will ruin your ability to get up and workout, sometimes it even ruins your ability to feed yourself.

I say Test/Anavar. Maybe throw in HGH if you aren’t sensitive to those side effects.

But the whole goal of mass is to prevent any side effects from messing up your ability to eat/lift/sleep. Test and Anavar are probably the least likely to give you those side effects that might ruin your run.

Just to further place emphasis on this, Mike Mentzer and others in his inner circle (the golden age bodybuilders) use to drink godly amounts of coffee and down amphetamines just to work up enough energy to workout. Probably smoked weed to negate any side effects from the amphetamines effecting their appetite and most likely finished it off with downers to put them to sleep. Not a healthy and ideal lifestyle.

Overall, I just felt my best on Test and Anavar. Energy; everything I ate didn’t stick to me; strength, mass, sleep was perfect, my mood was 100%. Pretty much all you can ask for.

Agreed orals suck for bulking. Tren also sucks for bulking, and nandrolone castrates me. Test , proviron, and either dhb/mast/primo is the way.

As high of test dosage you can tolerate without high E2 and needing an AI, then make up the rest in mast or primo. Maybe a bit of NPP to help with joints. I just finished up a blast and by the end I was at 60mg test E, 250mg mast e, and 30mg NPP EOD. So weekly totals 210mg test, 875mg mast, 105mg NPP. Plus 3iu generic HGH. Great cycle, no sides, no excessive water retention, bloodwork came back BETTER than when I started the blast, and I put on 28lbs.

Do you think HGH played a large role in putting on mass? I keep getting conflicting advice where some people say HGH is minimal, while others say HGH helped a lot in putting on extra size.

Yes. On it's own HGH has a minimal impact on growth, but has a synergistic effect when combined with AAS. I made better gains this cycle on less total mg of AAS and I would say the HGH played a role for sure.

I put the best mass on during cruises tbh. When I'm blasting I feel like the gear eats up all the food I put in and it's hard to add size, Everyone's different though, just my input. Lots of food + 120mg/wk test enth. Cut it all up later.

Test E at 300mg/week move up gradually to 500mg/week at the end of cycle last 3 weeks add Dbol at 20mg ED pre-workout. Has been my fav mass gain cycle. Gained 24lb semi lean mass on my third cycle.
