I’ve always been really sensitive to caffeine I used to not use anything at all pre workout wise but with work and just life in general you’re tired after a 12 hour shift what I’m saying here is caffeine gives me crazy anxiety and almost makes it hard to finish workouts due to that does anyone know of any good non stimulant pre workouts that will give a good pump but not the crazy caffeine high thanks in advance
