bloodwork from my TRT

so I was just looking for some insight I've been on trt prescribed from a doctor testosterone cypionate 200 mg a week, been on it since 2019 I'm 31 I was diagnosed with hypogonadism I have been on this protocol ever since then and my hematocrit is always been borderline high / slightly elevated and I'm not sure what to do about this or how to kind of somewhat fix this issue

I don't know if donating blood would be the only option or if there's like an alternative maybe lower my dose and just take a different AAS that will not increase my hematocrit but also benefit me.

any input would be great . my liver values were elevated due to orals but I'm not taking anything besides the test right now

also does my TSH seem fine or low?

I wouldn’t worry to much about it. I am also on trt and my hematocrit is exactly as yours. Sometimes I donate blood lower. Plus you need to be hydrated. The last testing I did, I drank lots of water and reading went down. There could be other things like diet could have contributed to the reading. What's your blood pressure reading normally? I always go to a drug store and check weekly.

thanks for the input. as far as blood pressure it's usually 120/70 somewhere in that range it fluctuates but nothing where I have been prescribed blood pressure meds

Donating blood fixes the issue for like.... A week.

For such a small elevation you can try drinking a glass of grape fruit a day, or take a naringin supplement. Works for me, my hct was basically yours and the grapefruit dropped it a couple points back into range, and also I like grapefruit so yay me.

I do twice a week 1/2 cc two times - but not sure if I should be doing it differently? my doc said just one cc at a time but I prefer less oil more shots

doc told me to do the bloods same day as pin day but since I do it split instead of once it was the same day as second pin so Friday I usually do Mon and Fri or Tuesday and Saturday

The reason i asked, i pinned the day before and did bloods next day and my total test was 52 or 1700 plus....whoops! You should still get a peak. My test cypionate is Taro Test cypionate @100mg per ml. My trt protocol is 100mg weekly and at .5 I was high the next day.

hmm I'll have to try that , currently she has "broken up with me" because I insulted her personally but still have refills for 6 months.. I take Perrigo Test Cyp 200mg per vial
