body recomposition protocol - diet suggestions?

trying to do a body recomp. at the moment i take 100mg test c split 50/50 weekly (trying to keep trt levels, i think i respond a little too well to it), 500iu HCG EoD, 1mg arimidex as needed.
i plan to add
- BPC-157
- Ipamorelin

im stuck on diet. i'm sitting at roughly 45%-ish BF and im looking to cut the fat while building muscle. i've thought about doing alternate day fasting and on my eating days 1500 calories consisting mostly of fat and protein, low carb.
thyroid labs from 4 months ago suggest my T3 is elevated but not enough to indicate hyperthyroidism. from my understanding, changes in diet/starting to eat less will cause T3 to lower. should i incorporate T3 pills on my fasting days as to not stunt my metabolism? if i do, what is the safest amount i can take without messing up my thyroid?

i appreciate any guidance or suggestions

You should do none of that and simply eat less food sir. I'm assuming the 200mg a week is trt and not you thinking that injecting testosterone will cause weight loss. Also wtf are you going to use bcp157 for? That's a healing peptide.

I got up to 21.7% body fat at 230lbs. I've been cutting weight for a little bit now. Down 17lbs and I'm retaining my strength, even increasing some lifts. I'm using an app and a scale to track everything I eat. I started cutting with 3000 calories, now down to ~2600. Keeping protein high and focusing on getting enough carbs while still staying within my caloric target range.
