Ran EQ about 4yrs ago at 600mg/wk for 16wks along side 400test. Honestly endurance increase was most noticeable. Gained a good 20lbs too. And also vascularity was sick. I want to try it again but at 1200mg wk. If I can keep RBC and blood pressure under control I feel like it could be amazing for 16wks. I Probably would have to add like 10-20mg dbol ed so I wouldn’t have to add more Test just to keep my estrogen from tanking though. I would also recommend upping cardio to as much as you can tolerate. I swore it helped keep my RBC lower.

I have seen other posts about some IFBB pros and crazy people running up to 3000mg/wk. not sure how true that is. Anyone else heard of EQ doses that high?

ive ran eq twice, once for 16wks once for slightly longer, both times it was 500-600 test 600 eq a week
i also frontloaded on the 16 week cycle to get the blood levels up faster
overall id say eq is lame as fuck
i honestly dont think it increased my strength significantly higher than if i had just ran test or test at a slightly higher dosage
im sure it can be great if youre taking it for reasons like endurance or maybe in certain bodybuilding instances, but in my experience its not worth adding and i would go with something else everytime

EQ is a game changer for me. Idk what anabolic properties it has, but for estrogen control and APPETITE, it's amazing. I lose appetite very bad and eating is harder than squatting til passing out (not exaggerating). But eq fixes that entirely for me.
My experience with it was 600/600/300 test/EQ/deca for 17 weeks.
I could get 5k calories down a day with a smile on my face.
Currently, I'm off EQ and I have to watch YouTube and dissociate just to get a burger down lol

i felt pretty normal on it hunger wise but i fucking wish

It gave me a crazy pump. Veins in places I haven’t seen before. I ran it with Deca, but the deca dick was too much. My blood pressure was super high too. EQ works slowly. After 20 weeks I gained four pounds. I’m gonna take it again for the pumps.

Just got through with an EQ cycle 600mg a week for 25 weeks... Mega sad, did literally nothing for me. Pretty sure my 10mg dbol experiment had better positive effects than the EQ lol

BUT, now I know it doesn't work for me so there's that. Gotta try everything once ya know?

I ran it over a decade ago when front loading was the recommendation. Kicking off with test 600 and eq 1200 gave me slight, weird anxiety and made me feel a little crazy. Less padded room, and more Charles Manson style. As a SUPER level headed person, it's hard to describe. I've heard of this from only 1 other person, so it doesn't seem common, but definitely something to look for.

Eventually bumped the dose down again from about 8 weeks to 16 weeks at 400mg and everything was fine. It felt like i could lift all day long, and never got tired of eating.

I just quit taking it. Was running it at 600 a week.
It enhanced cardio And appetite but my kidneys didn't like it.
Trens better imo.😁
It also gave me low e sides since it converts to e1 which is a weaker form of estrogen.
It has its place just not for a rec user I feel.

What kinda sides were you getting, kidney-wise?
Elevated Creatinine and no matter how much water and or electrolytes I drank I had weird cramps and muscle spasms and my pee wouldn't ever be clear.
Blood pressure has been fine and hematocrit was in range.
It's been almost 2 weeks since I dropped the EQ.
Going to get bloods done again soon.

Ya it's gotten a lot better. Pee is back to normal and cramps are very minimal.
I also had the flu last week and lost 10lbs in 5 days. 216 to 206 .😭
Starting back in the gym this coming Monday and got my diet modified a little. Dropped some carbs and added healthy fats, (almond butter and avocados ECT).
Tren didn't even mess me up like eq did.

Right on, get at it. Appreciate the info, never got around to EQ, maybe never will. Seems to be plenty of other less polarizing, certainly more sure gains to be found elsewhere. Thanks.
