Bpc157 into hand

Fractured my metacarpal in my hand (healed recently) but getting over the stiffness and lash bit of swelling currently. Want to add some bpc and tb500. Anyone know where about in my hand I can actually inject this? Thanks

Pad of your thumb? Your gonna want to do micro injections haha... Anything over probably .25ml would be very stiffening. I'd do .125ml injections.

Or alternatively inject it into your forearm

I think I settled to just do forearm. All the nerves and everything I’ve been researching freaking me out. Appreciate it man!

Yea i would suggest pinching some skin around ur wrist and putting it there
