I don't have a recommendation - but i'll be looking for the same in the near future.
I used an online website to get a prescription - one month was around $70. Too expensive for me - just wanted to try it out.
It works - so, soon I'll start digging into this same subject. Although, I don't think the "cheapest" is always the best option. A reputable source with quality product would be where I would start.
