Lifting 2-3 a week typical bro split. Cardio daily. Usually 45-60 min inclined treadmill

Compounds

300 mg test c
200 mg primobolan
20 unit semaglutide

I am not 100% clean on my diet. My days very good, but every other day I admittedly will grab a slice or two of pizza. Eating roughly around 2200 calories a day tops.

5'11
Started at 260lbs. Last weight in 253lbs. Every two weeks weighing in. This week I'll grab my weight. Haven't measured body fat in a long time as I kind of got sick of lifting and dieting etc. Was 11% last check, but was greater than a year ago.

Any advice or suggestions welcome. Thanks team. Ultimately just trying to get down to 230ish and cut

Sounds like you know what you're doing, just gonna take time. Monitor calorie intake and weekly weight change, and adjust.

Could increase semaglutide dose as hunger returns. Could always increase calorie out side by doing more cardio, like walking.

Have you run semaglutide before? It's a very interesting compound.

Thanks. After a few days the hunger comes back, but I'll still get full extremely fast and remain full. May be time to increase a little

First time. So far hunger is wiped for the first feww days post. Then comes back and I get full fast. I can def tell when I've had too many carbs. I'll feel a headache, nausea, and just off for a bit. Def makes me think twice about the food I am consuming though I should really focus on eating more clean foods

Are you meal prepping, planning and measuring all your eats in advance? It's best to have your ideal meals and snacks locked and loaded. Takes time in advance but well worth it. That way, if friends or family order pizza, you've got your chicken rice and broccoli handy. If they are eating ice cream, you're enjoying a pre-made Greek yogurt pop....actually tastes better too.
Good luck.

I am not prepping. While it would be a good idea I just can't do food that isn't fresh for the day. I'm on the road a lot so eating three day old chicken and rice stones isnt ideal. Basically just working with mostly good for you food and a decent deficit

Yeah, that clean eating part is so true. I figured I wasn't eating much, so I could "afford" to over-do it with pizza one night. I was miserable for about 36 hours. In a way it's good... keeps you honest while your appetite is artificially low, so that you can't really establish awful habits that will cause you to rebound when you come off. I hope you don't have the constipation that I did the first time around.

The constipation is the worst. I'll go like 5 days bloated and feeling like ass and can't take a shit even though I feel I have to. So like day 2-3 I'll take a few laxatives. If still no result try again. Then unload the nastiest shits all day. Def would say this is the worst side

@psauce question. Not sure if you can do this, but seeing as my hunger returns 3 days in would splitting to two 10 unit doses a week be ok? Can't see why not but don't really know too much about this one

Definitely. Lots of people have been doing it that way and report that the side-effects are reduced when compared against one, bigger shot weekly.

The manufacturer's instructions even give it the green light, somewhat, when they discuss changing the day of administration. They say that, if you want to change the day of injection, you can inject sooner than scheduled as long as you give it at least two days. That's not exactly the same scenario as more frequent injections, but it *does* mean that you won't have to worry about some bad effect from oversaturating the GLP-1 receptors by injecting twice a week.

Every four days would work great. I was doing 60% Friday, 40% Tuesday so that the nausea wasn’t bad while I was at work and could keep a weekly schedule.

Gonna do a Monday Friday split. Also, yesterday switched from arimidex to aromasin and the difference is night and day. No headache or lethargic feeling. Just normal. Def wish I used this years ago instead of tinkering with arimidex

Glad to see the switch in AI's worked out for u and u got ur eye set on a new goal!

Something to consider: A friend of mine was using sema and it worked really well, BUT the rebound when he stopped was insane. He said upon stopping he became hungry 24/7 like a bottomless pit and sadly he gained all the fat right back and then some. Granted idk anything about the drug so this could be a rare situation, but make sure when u come off it that u stay strong about the diet and resist the massive wave of hunger u may or may not get hit with.

Hope the cutting goes well goodluck brother!

Oh that's good to hear! I may bother you about your aromasin protocol in a couple of weeks.

I don’t understand the 100% clean concept.

U can be eatin clean in a calorie surplus. If you don’t know how many calories you’re eating; your cut is useless and it’s gonna take forever.

You’re basically using drugs to lose weight

100% correct. When I was natty and bulking I'd eat 7000 cal a day rice and ground beef with a vegetable here or there for months. I was on the road a lot so would bring a thermos and measure out everything and jam it in there. Now I'm very lax. I just eat good and within a deficit, but don't cry over a slice of pizza or two as long as it's within range.
