So I been weightlifting for about 10 years now and have a decent structure and frame at my best I was 196 5 ft 9 inches 10% BF. I haven’t lifted in a year bc job lay off and other personnel stuff. I’ve used test, tren, NPP, anadrol, Anavar,proviron, and a few others.
I’m starting the gym this Monday and looking for cycle recommendations. On hand I have NPP, Test E, anadrol, Mast E, Aromasin, and nolvadex. I was looking for help in regards to what I should take. I have put on some weight but don’t have a belly maybe like 14% BF. I’m looking to put on lean mass yes I know it’s diet and cardio. Hopefully muscle memory kicks in within a few weeks or months. I’m looking to put on size but also don’t want to look like the Michelin man and look all bloated. Another think I’m very prone to Gyno. Thanks in advance for the help and recommendations!
