I wonder if these guys aren’t getting in over their heads and whether they should stop orders and get the mess cleaned up.

Communication should be number one priority, next to making sure you ship the right products and get them shipped out in a timely manner.

As for me, I have a DO china pack in route, hope it gets here as it chugs along at almost 27 days and it hasn’t hit customs yet.

And do post on Meso as well.

@dexter - meso looks a bit messy - lots of complaints there as well.

If this guy isn’t trying to rip us off - why not just refund the order - we’re human - shit happens - but to hold someone’s money and continually bs them is just wrong.

I don’t know if that will go through. I do know that Dragon says explicitly that he can not receive unencrypted emails, SST may be different.

You can’t use gmail for any of this, no one will answer.

Use Protonmail, easy to set up free accounts, no activation time.

SST did answer, i’ve sent through encrypted mail as well. The only time i’ve used gmail is to reply or forward the order details sent to my gmail account. Other than that all communication was through encrypted mail.

Still no response from Dragon.

You guys should try his Wickr, he usually responds super fast there.

In regards to packs, I’m waiting on one as well. It’s obvious that international is taking a much longer time than usual, but DO has been in contact throughout the process.

Like I said, try his wickr, I’m confident he’ll get us all sorted out. It’s sucks to wait but this is the way this game goes sometimes.

I got my international order in a reasonable amount of time. I’m just trying to get a hold of them to tell me what items are what because they forgot to label everything. I’ve never used wickr, but if they’re replying on that I don’t see why they wouldn’t be replying to me on protonmail.

Nope, no numbers or marking on anything. Not on the vials or the box the vials are in or on the separators. We looked really hard thinking there might be numbers somewhere but there aren’t.

That was the only reply we got from Dragon, that the numbers match the numbers on the website, but there aren’t any numbers.

Looking at their website, there aren’t any numbers for the products I ordered anyway (HCG, Melanotan II, PT-141)

@“Ezeus1” seriously man try Wickr it’s super simple to use like any other messaging app. And I think it’s faster responses because he might use it mobile. Idk got ahold of him on there the other day. He responded pretty quick too within the day

My pack was shipped 2 days ago on Saturday and arrived today. This is after I requested a refund and three weeks later than it should have shipped.

Missing 1 kit of hgh as well.

Anybody had a response from dragon?

No response for me yet.
It’s blowing my mind that I ordered replacement product from a different source and received it quicker than getting a reply email from Dragon.

It’s mind blowing that this is being allowed to happen on these forums. It’s funny how when i opened a new wickr account talking about placing a huge order he replied almost immediately.

I agree, response time when placing an order is very fast.
That’s why I’m so confused as to the lack of communication now that I have a problem.
Dragon replied as the 4th comment on this thread asking us to specifically send an email, but as of today 7 days later still has not responded to those emails.
