Dragon Ordnance No Response No Package No tracking (RESOLVED)

I know Covid has US customs up in arms but it doesn’t explain the lack of communication from DO. DO would respond to emails within 24hrs when i was asking questions about ordering back in February to no communication at all.

Here’s my experience so far.
Placed a rather decent sized order for raws and semi finished. Received the raws after a month or so. Was not so lucky with the semi finished shipment though.

Tracking information says on March 10 that it was tendered to military. Call USPS for any information i can get and was told that it was seized by military and sent back to sender. On tracking it shows on March 10 that it was tendered to military agent. USPS has the last update as its sitting in QUEENS (JFK) since March 15th. International USPS agent told me it wont update again as its only first class international and doesnt have tracking. Was also told the military during this time can do what they want with the package due to COVID-19 restrictions in place. So clearly not getting this package as im assuming they didnt like the big bottles of liquid from china.

First package came no problem with the raws. although he could of done a better job packing it in a better container. as soon as i opened it powder went everywhere on my counter. The seal inside wasn’t placed properly. But hey i am just glad i got my stuff.

Fast forward to now. I have been emailing DO since March 15 about reship and to ship in a way that there is tracking, even if i have to pay extra. I just need my gear. They have since sent two replies. one was for proof of seizure, which the military doesn’t give, and then the other reply asked if my address was a military address. haven heard from DO since.

It would really be great to get some answers. i know times are tough and all but he was responding rather quickly back in early march. Dont know what happened between then and now. Prices are pretty good but not good enough to deal with all this BS. clearly states on his website about reshipping but DO is keeping so many people in the dark. A lot of us may be out of jobs due to current situation in the world and its not fair we all paid for product that never came. Money is tight now and tensions are high.
Its just not right. Hope everyone eventually gets their stuff, including myself.

Tendered to military agent = CBP officer

The actual military has no reason to ever touch your package lol, USPS is just retardo with their scans.

In this current situation they can due to the pandemic. Do your research.

No the note was a hand written post it note. Like wtf

What if the factory left that note on all the way from China? You’d think it falls off or gets ripped off by the time it gets to you though. Either ways whole situation is a “wtf”.

Highly doubtful seeing as it was clearly labeled as having beein opened and examined by customs. They had resealed it with their green tape that literally reads “examined by us customs”

I’d just use it. There’s been a few others who have had this experience lately with China packages, you can find em in meso if you care to read about em. It seems like their accidentally letting packages through that are meant to be seized. Anyways ya you should just use it instead of being all sketchy and having your mailman pick it up.

Just FYI the return to sender is a meme so even if you were trying to cover your ass it wouldn’t work.

Yeah they are opening packs, looking inside, white powder, FDA written on outside of box and sent anyway.

That’s why I quit on my end as far as China. I’ll probably resume in 5 years after the orange man leaves office and see what happens.

As for the arkansas bust that’s a riot, typical small town bullshit. Small box like that must have been filled with primo to be worth that much money on the street, I think they’re over doing it, they see powder and they think you’re some sort of drug kingpin.

So much for the $350 reshipper fees paid to china sources to keep you out of trouble.

Ok this is getting pointless. Every week I message DO on wickr stating I never received my pack from DECEMBER and he says let me check with the shippers and I never get a reponse.

Are you guys using Meso? DO is over there frequently. If you complain on that forum you will get a response.

Only problem is it takes a few days for a new account to activate.

As for DO, China is a shit show right now. Only so many planes are leaving China and much of that is loaded with medical supplies. Your pack could sit in China customs for more than ten days and then start moving. It’s a long painful process and then it arrives to US customs and right now you have a far greater chance of seizure or at least open inspection.

It’s just not a great time to stock up on raws. I wish it were as I’d continue on with my ordering every month, but the way it is right now, forget it. That is unless they can come up with other ways of shipping much faster. Like drop shipping tons of raws to some location in the world that can fly into the United States and air drop tons of raws that can be distributed to Americans in need.
