Imo Avatar nutrition.. I’m a nutrition coach and I recommend it to all my clients… it’s by far superior than everyone I’ve tried.. the ease of moving calorie targets to different days, and interchanging carbs/fats each day (example raising carbs equating it to lower fat allowances, or visa versa) really does keep you in the game for the longevity
I like Cronometer because someone else already did all the work. You can type almost any food or product, protein bar, etc., and they already have the macros.
You don't need to enter the protein/fat/carbs/cals etc. Just serving size which is easy enough.
