Everything looks pretty damn good . See what your fasted glucose levels are and continue to check your glucose at the slins peak time to be safe.

Its really not complicated, you just have to pay attention and be disciplined with your food and checking your levels and your good.
I dont see a problem going 6 weeks with that protocol. As long as you dont start to become insulin resistant.(The berberine will take care of that). If your fasted glucose starts rising shut it down, but kill at at 6 weeks anyway even if it dosent.
good luck. Enjoy getting swole
Thanks, bud! So, would you recommend running T3 (i.e., Cytomel, Tiromel, Thyro 3, etc.) at 25 mcg ED on this protocol? Or should I maybe get my TSH/T3/T4 checked with bloods in about 4 weeks and see where they’re at before adding it in, if necessary?
Anytime my friend. I think your right on. Get checked in 4 weeks see where your at. I add a low dose because Ive been hammering away for a while and that keeps me in normal range, But for 4 weeks I think your good for sure.

Awesome, man! Thanks again for your help.

Man, this is a pretty expensive (and lengthy) blast, but it sure has been worth it so far. Between the MENT, NPP, Anadrol, and now the HGH and Slin, I’m seeing pretty noticeable changes in the mirror (and the gym) every single day. The weight increases just keep coming, but they seem to be really lean so far – I feel like I’m just as defined now as I was when I started, if not more so. Can’t beat that!

I wanted to post a small update, based on a little “experiment” I ran last night with my post-workout 10 IU Humalog dose… So, here’s a summary:

5:20 PM - I took a blood glucose reading (103 mg/dL), then took my pre-workout 10 IU Humalog shot
5:25 PM - I drank my pre-workout shake (60g dextrose, 2 scoops whey, 5g creatine)
5:45 PM - Arrived at the gym and started working out, sipping my intra-workout shake (50g dextrose, 20g EAAs, 5g creatine) the whole time
6:50 PM - Took a blood glucose reading (98 mg/dL)
7:50 PM - Finished workout (and intra-workout shake), then headed home
8:00 PM - Took a blood glucose reading (94 mg/dL)
8:10 PM - Took my post-workout 10 IU Humalog shot

Now, at this point, just out of curiosity, I decided I wanted to see how quickly, and to what extent, my Humalog shot would make me feel the effects of hypoglycemia, so rather than drinking my post-workout recovery shake, I set a timer for 15 minutes and waited. After 15 minutes, I felt no different, so I set the timer for another 15 minutes. When the timer went off, I didn’t feel any different, so I decided to take a blood glucose reading. This was 35 minutes after my post-workout 10 IU slin shot and roughly 3.5 hours after my pre-workout 10 IU slin shot, with no food since my intra-workout shake, and my reading was 107 mg/dL. I was pretty surprised to see that it had actually gone UP. My only explanation is that I must be taking in way too many carbs in my pre- and intra-workout shakes, to the point where the carbs are covering me through my post-workout slin dose. I doubt I even need any dextrose in my post-workout recovery shake, at this point. It’s either that, or I just don’t respond very well to the Humalog… The slin itself is good to go – Lilly Humalog, fresh out of the box, kept refrigerated at all times, with a 2020 expiration date.

I had already mixed up my recovery shake, so I went ahead and downed it, along with my dinner. Just for the hell of it, I took another 6 IU of Humalog to see what would happen. 45 minutes later, my blood glucose read 109 mg/dL…

The fact that I’m not seeing a big dip in my blood glucose numbers after these slin doses has me worried that I’m not getting the full benefits of the slin. Is the Humalog really shuttling all these nutrients into my muscles if my post-workout dose is not even clearing the sugar from my intra-workout shake out of my blood? I’m wondering if I should either increase my slin dosage (maybe to something like 16 IU per shot), or decrease the carbs in my shakes some more, or both. Any advice, guys?

I’ve been hard at work dialing things in for my protocol, a process which has included running some experiments like pinning a 16 IU dose of Humalog on an empty stomach and waiting 45 minutes without eating in order to determine at what point, and to what extent, such a dose causes me to go hypo (rest assured that I had dextrose shakes, glucose tabs, and solid food on hand, for safety). After some extensive testing, and workouts with multiple blood glucose tests throughout, I have finally determined the optimal slin doses and carb ratios for me:

6:00 AM - 5 IU HGH, subq
8:15 AM - Breakfast (55g protein, 115g carbs, 15g fat)
10:30 AM - Snack (15g protein, 30g carbs, 10g fat)
1:00 PM - Lunch (65g protein, 95g carbs, 20g fat)
5:00 PM (Pre-Workout) - 5 IU HGH, subq
5:20 PM (Pre-Workout) - 16 IU Humalog, subq
5:35 PM (Pre-Workout) - Shake (60g dextrose, 2 scoops whey, 5g Creatine)
5:45 - 7:45 PM (Workout) - Shake (90g dextrose, 20g EAAs, 5g Creatine)
8:00 PM (Post-Workout) - 16 IU Humalog, subq
8:15 PM (Post-Workout) - Shake (30g dextrose, 1 scoop whey, 5g Creatine)
8:40 PM - Dinner (35g protein, 125g carbs, 10g fat)
10:30 PM - Bedtime Meal (50g protein, 85g carbs, 10g fat)

This protocol keeps my blood sugar in the 80-100 mg/dL range throughout the day. I altered my dinner to include less fat (~10g; I take in more fat during lunch now), so that the post-workout insulin dose wouldn’t cause unwanted fat uptake.

It looks like things are good to go! The results I’m seeing already are incredible. Halfway through this blast, I will be switching to a different brand of HGH (Meditrope Mauve Tops), and my HGH dosage will be increasing to 12 IU per day. Should be interesting!

One question: Would it be wiser to run higher fat during breakfast instead of lunch, so that my fat intake is closer to my morning HGH dose peak, or is that not worth worrying about?
