First Cutting Cycle

hey everybody,

I've been playing with the idea of starting a cutting cycle for awhile now, but, I've finally decided to pull the trigger.

CURRENT STATS: 5'7" 198lb 21%BF (I'm very stocky)
here's what I'm thinking for the stack:
8 weeks
Var - 25mg daily
Clen - 20-50mcg daily?
HGH - 4iu a day

Ik there's a lot of controversy around HGH (if its worth it, not worth it etc.)
BUT I have a little extra cash right now, so I figure why not try it out for 6 months see for myself.
( if you have any recommendations on who has the best quality HGH here would greatly appreciate)

also I get mixed reviews about pct with this stack but idk.

Let's talk about your diet instead because 5'7 198 21% body fat (at least you're honest and didn't say 12 or 10) is not a very good place to be. The drugs are of little importance in a cut, you legitimately are best to cut on just Test because you only need a low level of forced anabolism to preserve more muscle tissue than naturally possible and you're not gonna be adding lean tissue mass on a cut.

Focus more on what you eat and just cruise on a low test dose (150-200mg/wk whatever puts you above 1500ng/dl or so in bloods) and you'll cut up fine.

The ONLY time I'd advise more than test (or more than cruise test) on a cut is if your focus is strength sports or athletics. Then you'd want to basically blast as if you were trying to bulk but the lower cals will still cut you down.

I was told taking test with higher BF increases risk of Gyno and shit like that. I wanted to hold off til I get down into the teens & when the Gh starts kicking in

Ik not my best stats last summer I was 175 13% BF life comes along & fucks shit up lol.
Diet for the last 2 weeks is Solid 3 meals/day grilled chicken, broccoli spinach, oatmeal, rice, ground beef etc.
I wanted to hold off on test to avoid the negative sides like Gyno and shit till I got lower in my BF and the high started to kick in.

What test would you recommend and how often should I pin?

I think u should put in a bit more time on research, diet, and training before taking anything.
I consider asking questions "research" so if you have more knowledge or info I welcome it.

tbh my main question was if those doses sound about right would be effective etc. also if you have other suggestions. not really if I shouldn't take it.

but if you have a legitimate reason for why I shouldn't other than "research & diet" please I'm all ears

Sure, well what I meant by diet was 21% bf is too high mate. get that # down the right way first, then add drugs not the other way around.

They will not show much unless diet, training, and bf % is at a good point.

As for research, Var will suppress ur test levels n u might feel like total shit hence why others say test base.

Don’t touch the Var! It’ll fuck you up without test. It’s also not going to help you at that high of BF.

Have you checked your currently natty test levels? What are they?

I guess I'll lay off the var and clen for now.
should I stick with test and HGH?

last blood test a month ago was 800 ng/dL

Honestly, I would get some factors such as diet and training in check and toss out everything if you're not going to use test. I dont know how much you've taken in the past but you always want to have a test base with any cutting/bulking cycle. High test(750+) alone is a common simple cut cycle. If you're really worried about bloating which is just water anyway then you have some options such as adding Mast which both keeps water at bay and has some properties that deal with e2 sides and, for me, usually eliminates me even having to use an AI.

Water weight isn't a bad thing on a cut because once you finish the blast you're still, hopefully, going to be training and keeping cals in check and that will fall off fairly quickly. Bloat isnt forever. I don't think you need HGH at this point but it's your call. Keep this one as simple as you can.
