Hey guys,
I’m currently 5 weeks into my first cycle.
Test-E: 500mg / week (injected every 3 days, 250mg per injection)
I am 5'11 160lbs 13% BF
first started experiencing high E2 sides 3.5 weeks in to my cycle. High blood pressure, anxiety, and hurts when I push down on one nipple. The nipple stays hard and it’s slightly sore.
Got my E2 checked with my Doctor. Bloods came back showing my E2 at 180 pg/ml so I decided to take exemestane 12.5 mg I got from Colonial Labs before they shut down. I started with 12.5 e3d and seemed to make nipple soreness go away, but my high blood pressure was the same so I switched to 12.5 e2d. Still the same high blood pressure so I switched to 12.5 every day.
I’ve currently been at 12.5 every day for about a week now. My blood pressure is still high and my nipple soreness is coming back. I don’t understand… maybe Colonial Labs exemestane is bunk. Maybe one of you had experience with Colonials exemestane before and can help me figure out if that’s the case.
Been having to take beta blockers just to deal with high blood pressure every day.
Not sure if I should try to up the dose to 25mg, but I’m afraid of crashing my E2. I’m going to get a private blood panel done in two weeks when I hit week 7. I’m also waiting on a call back from my doctor to refer me to an endocrinologist because I’m worried I might end up with gyno, better safe than sorry. I just want some input and feedback from someone on here until then. Thanks.
