First time adding compounds

I’ve run 2 cycles of just test. I saw results that I wanted to see but I wanna take it to the next level. If I wanna run Test E and Tren Ace, what should the cycle look like? Also what on/post cycles should I run?

im replying so i can hear everyone rip you apart. lol

tren on a third cycle is pretty extreme, but its your body your choice.

i would recommend NOT running tren ace but everyone wants to run tren so yolo

how old are you? diet etc. tren comes with all the sides. ive ran tren up to 700 a week and cried at everything with e2 at 129. bp made me come off 150/90. daily injections of tren will help cut down on sides. step your dosages up. start at 100 week, 200, and so on till the sides make you stop. lol good thing about ace is, fast in fast out.
eveyone is going to tell you not to run tren "unless youre competing" personally NPP TO ME, is the better choice because its baby tren with a lot less sides. unless youre trying to get down to 2% bf i wouldnt recommend tren.

whats your test dosage at? why are you pct? lots of questions need answering. everyone lies about their tren usage because they dont want people attacking them. lol hard to find info on tren. if you run it update us and let us know how its going

I appreciate your input. That’s why I posted, to get recommendations. I just want to lean out/harden up. I ran 250 the first cycle then bumped it up to 500 last cycle. What would you recommend? I was also thinking about just running test/winstrol or anavar. I know how toxic Tren is. Just looking for as many recommendations as I can.

Everyone has different reactions, but I’m with everyone who says to avoid tren. It’s sort of like booze… not only is it rough on the body all on its own, it can lead to behaviors that will cause problems as well.

My two cents, start with compounds that most people have few serious negative side effects from. The first of these is just testosterone, with manipulations to dosage. After that, adding compounds like anavar and deca don’t seem to wreck most people, but they still have side effects.

But really, have some clear-cut goals and a training and nutrition program completely nailed down tight before messing with anything.

I'm going to be the counter voice here. DO TREN lol.

Was scared out of trying it for years b/c of all the horror stories then finally realized everyone is different and all you hear is biased sampling. People make the most noise when things go bad. Most people who have zero issues don't even bother posting.

I am currently 5 weeks into 600 Test E/300 Tren E/week and it's FINE. This is considered "low dose" Tren by most people. I am getting all the benefits, Recomping Effect, hunger suppression, constant strength gains on caloric deficit, libido increase, etc..etc.. and very few of the side effects. I do have the Trensomnia, but Melatonin counteracts it, and I also get the body heat increase when I eat carbs. NO ANGER, No wanting to fuck Trannies, no Prolactin related gyno, nothing. I am not concerned about my HDL/LDL as they are only off by a little and I am only on it for the last 10 weeks of my cutting cycle.

NOTE: I started with Tren ACE just in case any issues came up I could quit immediately and have it be out of my system. I switched to Tren E during Week 4 once I knew things were stable so I didn't have to pin so much.

Fuck the scaremongering. Do what you want, just be smart about it. If it does goes bad, be enough of a fucking man to admit it and STOP taking the shit. It's an experiment, not a mistake. You never know your personal genetics until you test them out.

im all for you doing whatever you want to do. i just like playing both sides of the coin so youre aware of everything without me glorifying one side of it. :) take tren and take it till you cant handle the sides. manage e2 and get b.p. meds ready. winnie is for people who are pretty lean already. diet will dry you out further than these drugs can take you. look into your sodium and water intake. research how to play with those, cardio, bloating etc.

we take performance ENHANCING drugs. not performance MAKING drugs. personally i would get a coach who understands the drugs. they are fairly cheap IMO, 200ish a month, and they will manage drugs, training, and food. which in the long run will help you go further than you reading on these boards. i had one, a shitty one, i stopped fucking with him. my wife has a much better one and im going to get his services too.

do whatever your heart desires and be ready for sides :)
