GI Bleed Death

I just saw the obituary of a local bodybuilder (im pretty sure its him but its hard to find for sure) and ive been trying to figure out his cause of death for awhile, mainly so I know if Im also at risk of dying like him. I thought it’d maybe be insulin related, but the article I saw said it was a GI bleed. Can steroids cause that? Did he die of something unrelated to bodybuilding?

its a way for me to ask people id theyve heard or experienced similar things. every steroid related death is a great way to learn and reduce harm in the future.

Could've been numerous things either related to diet or lifestyle but not at all related to the gear itself. As far as I know not a single death is directly (Key word) attributed to steroids in the recorded history of mankind. There's not one death certificate with COD as Dbol/Tren/Test/etc. You can make a leap and say gear hypothetically exacerbates other conditions but we have never once taken the same human being and put them on cycles for 0-100 years and then had them redo their life with no gear whatsoever to see if they have different health issues so you can't really provably say the gear made a condition worse or created it either as someone may have been genetically or otherwise predisposed to whatever caused their death.

TL/DR: No, do not be worried. Do your own shit and you'll die whenever you're meant to.
