Golf Balls/Knots in Delts from High Concentrate Test

I pinned a high-concentrate test in my delts 4 weeks ago and now have large, golf ball-sized lumps. My delts are decently capped, and now it looks ridiculous. I have used a theragun to no available. Not sure if these are knots or a build up of tissue. Any suggestions on how to get these lumps/knots to go away? They are not painful.

have they remained same size since? did you happen to see a doctor to verify its not an infection?

No. They’re not as inflamed as they were at first, they’ve compressed a little but are still noticeable.

In the same boat w/ huge lumps 1 week after pinning 500mg/ml test from LnL. Did yours go away yet? 4 weeks is a long time for injection site irritation.

This is why I don't do high concentration stuff haha always leaves mega knots for like 2 weeks
