As of lately I’m finding it harder than normal to get a good pump in whatever muscle group it is that I’m working my carb and water intake are on point form in the gym is the same as it’s always been the only thing that has changed would be the pre workout im taking but that really shouldn’t impact it as I could achieve a good pump prior with no pre workout any suggestions?
