Hard to get a pump

As of lately I’m finding it harder than normal to get a good pump in whatever muscle group it is that I’m working my carb and water intake are on point form in the gym is the same as it’s always been the only thing that has changed would be the pre workout im taking but that really shouldn’t impact it as I could achieve a good pump prior with no pre workout any suggestions?

Maybe try adding some sodium & electrolytes to your meals.

Everyone is different, this may or may not work. As a warm up, quickly do high reps (safe speed) where you go to failure at the 25 rep range. Full range with squeezes at contraction. Force that blood flow. I hope you get it sorted out. Leaving the gym without a pump makes me feel like I didn't accomplish anything.

So today I went in with the thought of not worrying about the pump just doing the work lo a behold few sets in on leg press killer pump in quads hit tris and chest along with it and ended up feeling really good I think it’s more of a mental thing for me

Just started a bulk cycle also 400 test 400 mast 400 npp

Was also about to add if your on a higher dose of T3, this can also cause you to not get a pump.

Your profile pic shows your not lacking size though so I’d say pump or no pump keep doing what your doing.

My t3 on my labs is actually high so could that contribute?

Well mine is more medical related as I’ve never taken t3 my thyroid panel goes as such t3 is elevated t4 is fine tsh is also fine Graves’ disease and Hashimoto runs in the family so I assume at some point I will end up with one of the two
