Have you ever had normal tsh when having high t3 or t4 on gear?

My TSH was always normal but my doc is pretty basic bitch I was recently looking into t3 an t4 and when I had anxiety I was always very hot and now that its much lower I'm no longer sweating like a pig so im curious if you ever tested high on free thyroid when you were normal with tsh.

On gh. Otherwise my thyroid was normal
