52 is not that high IMO.. especially if you are in shape. I personally wait until im at around 56 to donate which is about every 6 months.I dont so cardio, I should - im like 150 lbs could probably lose 15 lbs to be in super good shape, but I wouldnt say im overweight.
Theres were my labs
Do cardio for at least 30 min 4-5 days a week and i bet you wouldnt creep up too fast. Good luck. To me 75mg is not worth pinning lol
