HELP.. Over 40 guys is this really how it is???

I dont so cardio, I should - im like 150 lbs could probably lose 15 lbs to be in super good shape, but I wouldnt say im overweight.

Theres were my labs
52 is not that high IMO.. especially if you are in shape. I personally wait until im at around 56 to donate which is about every 6 months.

Do cardio for at least 30 min 4-5 days a week and i bet you wouldnt creep up too fast. Good luck. To me 75mg is not worth pinning lol

Welcome to the 40+ club. It sucks. I'm 49 and I've been taking Adderall to compensate for the last 12 years.
I have taken adderall all through my 40s and I'm almost 52 , I was working 7 days a week 16 hrs a day rehabbing houses to rent out. I believe the adderall helped me get motivated and get me over a slump. I have 21 houses mortgage free that brings 15,000$ cash flow a month . Now I don't have to work . But I love what I do . I'm a hvac contractor, I work 6 days a week 14 hr days but doing what I want . And I believe the adderall has helped me get focused . Keep your head up. It will get better

Im conflicted on what to do lol, wonder if I should just do my 100mg/week and then add another compound just for little bit of gains and then get off when I have to do my bloods?

Im only looking at anavar/anadrol and primo/mast maybe npp not sure - not looking to build much muscle just recomp basically

Going to keep it short because im trying to get more sleep lol.. i'll read the comments tomorrow

Been on TRT+ close to 10 yrs, doc prescribed along with ugl. I mostly do 300-350 maybe most of the year and drop down to 180 a couple times a year to do my doc prescribed blood work. Only ever added Mast to my personal TRT+ and i havent even done that for a couple of years. EVERY bloodwork i have gotten for my doc and when im on 350/week has been spot on.. E2/ lipids/ prostate/HCT/ full metabolic panel is always within range never had an issue. Never taken HCG since i started trt.

Lately for the last 6-8 months after turning 40 i just have been having a general feelingness of shit. Dont want to workout, want to eat like shit, sore from working out, no motivation, that type of stuff. I've been wrestling all my life and doing jiu jitsu for the last 15 yrs and even that i have to fight to get motivation sometimes.. ( i still go i dont miss days lol)

My question is.. is this really how it is getting old? Is it time for HGH? What other health markers can i look at? Where would you guys start?
Everyone has covered a lot of bases. So since I have 12 years on you, let me opine. First, it seems like when I add a DHT based compound like Mast or Primo, everything about my life gets better. Mood, libido, drive to train and eat perfect. Etc..
When I drop back to just Test, the shittiness of life sets back in. Also, typically when I drop back to just test, I switch esters from fast to slow. I cannot explain scientifically with troughs and peaks why that happens, but it does. So I have switched back to test prop…. Things got better and then I have added test prop with Mast prop and was much better. And I typically reduce the test amount by 25% and add mast at an equal dose.
Maybe you can give that a shot and see if it helps… this has been my experience several times over last 3 or so years.

UPDATE: Just wanted to update everyone. I’m on 3rd week adding primo to my trt. I can say that my whole general outlook in life has gotten better. Been motivated to train, eat right, and so on.. This is my first time trying primo… so maybe I was low on DHT or something but it definitely helped. Thanks for everyone’s input.

56 here, was on 200mg a week, but doc bumped me down to 150 because I didn't come off blast soon enough and bloodwork was above 2000. Test alone is good, but my sweet spot is 500 test, 400 primo, 300 deca plus 500iu of hcg on wed and sat. Slipped a disc several months ago, still haven't started back in the gym yet. So easy to get fucking lazy. Geesh!
