[Help] Regrowth or Hair loss? Fin + Test E

Hey guys,

Long time listener, first time caller. Could really use some advice:

• I'm 26, this is cycle 4+.
• I’m on 500mg Test E (week 12/25), I'm about to start Primo 600mg for 12 weeks as well.
• I have been on 1mg Finasteride consistently for 6 months.
• I’ve noticed some hair miniaturization on my crown front and side hairs, they have become baby hairs.

I can’t tell if it’s Finasteride regrowth or Test E hair loss… any suggestions on the safest way to evaluate and move forward?

You’re losing your hair buddy, fin doesn’t regrow hair, nothing does. That most it can do is stop it from falling IF it works on you.

Fin has a shedding phase at first if it's working. Either way if you don't get sides from it keep using and eventually you'll find out which one was lol

Try oral minoxidil

Yeah, the folks who do medical hair loss work find oral minoxidil more effective than topical. Oral fin + min seems the way to go there.

There’s some interesting research showing microneedling being effective, including at-home dermarolling. It looks promising but I’ve done it form scars and it’s pretty uncomfortable. I don’t think I’d enjoy it on my scalp.
