HGH 5iu per day question

Bumping up to 5iu per day from 4iu per day.

On 4IU per day, my dosing protocol was:
- 2 IU fasted in the morning, 2 IU before bed

Bumping to 5iu, would it be better to do 2iu fasted, 1iu post workout, and 2iu before bed or 2.5iu fasted and 2.5iu before bed? Or would it not really matter

Never heard of more than 2x per day but wondering if this would interfere with eating since you'll want to be in caloric deficit whenever you pin. Post workout, I eat! Pin before bed and when I wake. I have experimented with pinning 2 am when I wake to pee. I put a Preloaded syringe in a little cooler pouch by the toilet so I can Pin in my sleep.

Tbh it really doesn’t matter that much man. You can pin all 5 before bed, you can split it whatever. People over think it too much.

Does anyone actually believe if they split their GH they will look like top pro level rather if they toook it all at once? Nah 🤣 so small of a difference you wouldn’t even notice

Hgh can cause annoying, although minor, sides, such as peripheral swelling, stiff joints and tingling extremities. Splitting the dose can reduce this. Also natural hgh is released in a daily pulsing cycle so pinning at certain times can mimic this, making it less foreign to the body. Some ppl might not care much about minor sides. Your choice.

When you start running GH in big doses 10+ no matter how you split it you will feel those sides. if you’re running pharma or very good generic you should feel most the sides regardless. You just get used to it mqn, as GH should be run long term rather a couple months.

It is true GH is released at certain times but my point was simply, you can pin your whole dose in the morning, at night, pre/post OR split it. However doing it one way over the other isn’t going make the difference of your average gh gym bro phys vs top pro physique. It’s so minimal of a difference. Splitting dose may make you 5% better than all at once or maybe vice verse (isn’t much research on proving either way) but it won’t be this drastic change like I split my dose at the perfect times and now I’m just mutating!! Haha. if that makes any sense.

Again...depends on your goals. 10 ius is a super high dose and pinning it all at once will increase your risks of sides. Carpel tunnel syndrome will kill your gains.
