HGH for Wife/"anti-aging" Dose per IU?

Ordered blue tops from CL before they closed. Plain box, no labels on vials.
I believe they are 10iu vials i will reconstitute with 1CC bac water.
Not used to dealing with IU's. I use and have .5mL (.5cc) syringes from my peptide days.
Question is.... what is a good anti-aging dose for a woman, mid 40's? She wont be using this for body building. (i may do it with her. Not sure yet)
IU to CC.? How far do i draw up into the syringe? How many times per week?

If I’m not mistaking, I believe 2 or so IU’s is the anti-aging range. IU and CC are the same. 1IU=1CC. It should be dosed every day and to figure out the how to fill the syringe you take the bac water divide by medicine dose put in. 1IU/10IU med = .1 cc of water equals 1 IU HGH. Does that make sense? To get 2IU’s of hgh, you would want .2 IU’s in your syringe.

This means 1ml now = 10iu

Since your syringe is .5ml then that it 5iu GH

Half of your syringe, .25ml, is 2.5iu GH

So .2ml would be 2iu



Does your syringe say 20 units for .5cc?

1-2 IU. I would personally start with 1 IU and evaluate if there’s any negative symptoms (carpal tunnel), then slowly titrate up. Do 1 week at 1 IU, then go to 1.5, then 2.

Make sure to check fasting glucose.

I am a female with hgh experience for bb purposes. 4-6 it's. 1-2 iu's pharma grade per day is the anti aging dose perscribrd by the clinics in panama. Your supply might be weaker. Hgh has a short half life and must be injected Sub Q, 2× day, best on empty stomach. Diet should be very clean in terms of sugar and carbs since hgh can effect insulin sensitivity. Takes months to see results but I'm very happy with results but it's a strict regimen.

The syringe says 1/2 ml-50 units. Package says .5ml U-100. I reconstituted using 2 of these for a total of 1ml in the bottle. First time dealing with IU on dosage so appreciate the clarity.
With this being for my wife i am a bit more cautious.

I injected sub-Q .3 last night. ( meaning 3 tick marks up from zero or 2 under the 5 unit mark. ) So a fairly small dose if i am correct?
She said it made her heart speed up, bit of a headache.

She had eaten something about 45 mins prior. I will make sure next time an empty stomach.
Her diet is very clean, blood work about 2 weeks ago showed no issues with diabetes or metabolism.
We waited for this bloodwork prior to starting this

I get this anyway because I have cubital tunnel, nerve running between my biceps and triceps on both arms gets entrapped. I imagine I should stay away from HGH just because o f that?

I imagine it would make it worse due to the increased fluid retention from HGH. If I were you I’d get the surgery to correct that cubital tunnel.

3IU would be a pretty average dose, not much a starter dose from what I have read.

I’d do .1ml the next couple and see what happens, or spread it between morning and night. I don’t know what acute side effects GH can have for first time users, I’ve never looked far into it myself but the heart racing and headache could’ve just been nerves from trying some thing new? Especially if she isn’t familiar with self administered shots

For anti aging, you can't beat diet, exercise, good sleep and stress avoidance. In my opinion, the risks of hgh outweigh the benifits if it's just anti aging you're after. For Bodybuilding, I stack it with low dose anivar for faster recovery, nutrient partitioning and joint tolerance. But I wouldn't risk it just for anti aging. That's just my personal feeling about it.
