How do you decide cruise dose?

Hey SST, just wondering how everyone decides what cruise dose to start at? I know blood work will really be the way to tell if I'm where i want to be at, but wondering how you decide what to start at.
My friend suggested taking my test level on cycle (2513) then if i divide that by 3 it would give me 837 and divide the dosage (500mg) by 3 would be around 160mg a week. Does that make sense?

Your body is gonna do what it's gonna do, so trying to calculate it like that is kinda silly... But somehow the conclusion is ok, I'm on 175mg a week TRT from a clinic and my levels, minus my last blood draw are in the 900s 1000s

I started at 100mg a week and I was in the 600s

Thanks, I was also thinking starting at 100mg and just see where that puts me.
